You obviously don’t know how this board works. They know they’re not getting Boutte but never pass an opportunity to poke the emotional retards and get an angry response which provides days of entertainment. I do not know the details of Boutte and his portal destination but.... will attempt to use some logic.
If Boutte wants to be a part of a Championship team his chances of achieving the goal would be alot greater at Bama, not remaining at LSU.
If his goal is to be a high draft pick, again Bama would be the better choice due to the recent draft selections of WR's that played at Bama.
Playing time would be the same at either school however having a proven QB will help Boutte achieve the goal of winning a championship and being a high draft pick.
If Boutte decides to remain at LSU, how will that affect his chances of winning a Championship and/or being a high draft pick?

I may have been the first to say, probably a couple months ago, that Boutte would transfer to Alabama. I bet Sidewalk Fan remembers it, but I was just throwing it out there to get a rise from him and other LSU fans. It could actually happen, but I didn't really expect it then, and don't now.
Williams is nearly certain to go NFL, and Metchie might, but receiver isn't a position that Alabama coaches are sweating right now. They signed 4 of the top 10 receivers in the nation last year, and did well again this year.
All that aside, though, Boutte is obviously a very good receiver. Hopefully Ricks can shut him down.
