Always fun when people post on topics about which they have no clue. You can’t “remand” a case to a previous venue when the case was filed originally in the court where it is now. Dumbass.

My opinion, yes just an opinion, the fact venues are of legal argument in these situations say…. Everyone it’s a free for all until proven otherwise. Just my non-legal take

Yes, your opinion is very clearly non-legal, despite the fact it’s about a legal matter.

As someone else already stated, you have zero clue what you’re talking about.

It’s a low tier law firm for Dewey, Cheatam, and Howe.

Chambliss actually should get a waiver. The fact that it was denied in the first place is the ridiculous part.

judge only taking calls from 662 area codes at this time.

He about to get paid to let Chambliss play.

Just let players live at college the rest of their lives, why not?

Good. If the “national champion” can have 13 7th year players on their roster and 47 23-25 year olds on their roster, there is no reason why Chambliss shouldn’t have another season.

He's only played 2 seasons of football. For those that think he has been playing for 5 years, they are simply wrong.

There are very few judges in the state of Mississippi who didn't attend Ole Miss.

If this is true, shouldn't the judge recuse himself due to what could be deemed a conflict of interest?

It's in the judge's discretion. If the NCAA wants to appeal his ruling they can take it to the state Court of Appeals or Supreme Court, which are also filled with justices who graduated from Ole Miss.

I bet if he wanted to go to LSU, you wouldn’t be posting this.
