The Georgia Dogs have the chance to finally tie Auburn in total national championships

1942: doesn't count because this was during the AP poll era and UG did not finish first in the AP poll that year and thus, this title is illegitimate. Ohio State was the true champions of 1942.
2021: doesn't count because it was a rematch against a team that beat the holy hell out of them a few short weeks prior (by the same humiliating score from the 2020 meeting) - but this time around, Bama was without two potential first round draft picks at WR and their absence was painfully obvious as the offense struggled to score. So illegitimate since you faced an injury plagued Bama team (that recently killed you with those same players).
So that leaves us with 1980 - UG's only legit title. Hopefully the neck beards can finally break the curse and tie Auburn!

False, AP was not predominate poll until well into the 60’s. UGA was Rose Bowl Champion, had the Heisman winner, and was named NC by 2/3 of polls. UGA was the consensus NC. Ohio State was the fraud.
Your 2021 claim is more retarded.

So this doesn't count despite 1 being the SECCG & the other the NCG?
So, had they played during the season, would that make the SECCG void?
