Mississippi State seriously has no idea how to conduct themselves outside of the underdog role. Which is why they try to revert back to red headed stepchild tactics when they are the clear favorites.

Their inexperience and inability to shoulder the load of being an actual contender will lead to their demise this season.

How does a bunch of fans posting on a message board have anything to do with how a team performs?

Fwiw, I think the game could go anyway this weekend.

I'm not exclusively referring to message board posters. See my post above.

And y'all will very likely win this weekend, which will thrust your team and fan base deeper into fish out of water territory.

I certainly agree they will have to adjust to being a favorite going into a game. Hopefully Mullen's experience there will help.

Not making much sense, unless you are referring to posters.

I really can't wait for mini Favre to start fir y'all next year. He is not going to be able to throw across the middle of the field and get hurt running option 3 games into the season.

It will be interesting to see how Mullen reacts. He's made a living off banging the TSUN drum and popping off other red headed step child quips during his tenure.

Now that he could potentially approach some level of relevancy, can he act professionally? Is he even capable of that?

Farve won't ever start at MSU.

Well your buddy over there thinks he is better than Ralf. I agree Dak is probably the QB if the future as long as Mullens is there.

It's not like he's new to being on a coaching staff of a nationally relevant program. I'm hoping that experience will come into play here.

But I digress, I still don't see the correlation of him calling Ole Miss TSUN, etc, having anything to do with being prepared to play a football game.

3,4,5, etc years ago, show up. I'm just happy State's in a position to not be a pushover anymore.

I don't see it happening with a Mullen lead team. We will see.

Since the last time they were relevant. Aka not since the invention of football.

I would think your coaching staff is working on one. We aren't world beaters by any means, but if you think you will be walking into anything but a hornets nest come next thursday, you are mistaken.

You sure are confident in the ole cowbells. I bet that's the mindset 90% of AUs team had Saturday before the Utah state game.

I would expect this from a CUSA fan, remeber what we did to Memphis, you will get it in 20whatever we play you.

Memphis is one of the worst FBS teams to ever play. I hope you feel proud.

Did Maine walk into the same hornets nest a few years ago?

For the Record, I am scared shitless about this game. Nothing would suprise me. One thing I do know is that Auburn will be ready to play and if we don't play our A game we will get our asses kicked. This is what I know.
