OU isn’t making the tourney ….. OU would need a miracle turn around and in these last few games it’s been the ugly side …. I seen our best player throw a pass into the lane with 7 players in it up by 1 on the opponents side just to piss the game away and foul a 3 point shooter ! If I didn’t know any better and I am not sure I do I would the Jalen Moore got payed good money to frick the game like he did ! His play down the stretch was so bizarre I bet he’s going to need to convince his teammates he’s not on the take !

LSU is probably the best at getting fouled on 3’s. They’ve caught our guys a lot in past years. They are tuff tho for them to anticipate the contact and put up good balls.

OU didn’t fire Sampson. He left for Indiana but was fired there.

Technically your right but in reality he was under the ncaa cross hairs and he knew that he was probably gone . Amazing that a few texts got you in such hot water 20 years ago and now we got coach openly paying recruits over making arena improvements !

What did he even do? I guarantee you there are probably 5 active SEC coaches in men’s sports who done worse without knowing what he did.

Impermissible texts to recruits. Everything he did is legal now. Was put on probation at OU by NCAA. Left for Indiana. Was caught again for excessive impermissible texting of recruits and was promptly fired by Indiana.

Impermissible contact... cell phone calls and texts during periods that were designated dead periods.
OU freaked out about it because it happened on the heels of the Big Red fiasco that occurred with the football team. It was an awkward situation for Sampson... he knew it would be better if he left and Indiana offered. Then he got in trouble for the exact same thing at Indiana.

Oh, never mind. That’s actually the worst thing on Earth you can do in this conference. Just ask Jeremy Pruitt. He’s still the only coach blacklisted.

Have you been to Lloyd Noble? There are HS gyms here in OK I'd rather watch a game at.
I take it you never attended an OU b-ball game prior to LNC when they played in the field house that was just north of the stadium.
THAT was a pretty fair rendition of my old high school gym.
