When I was in school there was an ongoing series between LSU and A&M. But LSU ended it and did not even complete the agreed upon contract. So this bowl game you played and lost and are acting like it’s some great achievement.

I'd like to know what was on their mind. Didn't seem Omicron turned out to be much of a thing. I don't know what the SEC rules are regarding testing or what needs to be done with X number of positive tests. And then there is the ten day quarantine that turned into a five day quarantine. A&Ms team was decimated (decimated means 1 in 10 guys with no QB) so perhaps deep down they didn't want to put that product on the field.
But there is way too much hand wringing about that here.
It's rooted in hatred in the same manner certain "tribes" (Palestine) hate certain tribes (Jews).

I think it was more an issue of not having a QB, transfers, injuries, and opt outs—combined with COVID.
Not saying I agree at all with the rationale, just stating what the likely reasoning was.

I agree with you and that's the beef most every one who is a non-aggie fan has with it. But this board is eaten up with hatred. There is no question about it. For LSU and the Aggies it happened the day aTm was admitted to the conference. Luckily for LSU fans they have dominated the game. You don't win, you're gonna have to put up with it or leave the board I guess.
