Since Bama is using revisionist history to win a game the record says it lost: If Ruben Randle does not drop a sure TD pass, the whole "only needed 1 FG out of 5 to win" argument is redundant.

Wasn't attacking Alabama's educational system as a whole. But this Legend guy is sure a bad representative for Bama fans. If he would admit it I am sure we would find out he doesn't have an education past grade school if that. Just like there are some ignorant LSU posters this guy is one of the most embarrassing posters you guys have for sure.

Give it up GC. LSU is the only team in the country that wins by 3 points in OT got whooped on the field but is always the better team. Missing five field goals was just a bad game plan and Saban should have kicked them himself. It just so happens that on 1/9 Saban was lucky..

This needs to stop. From the start of the second qrtr until the end of the game, LSU OUTGAINED BAMA and we outrushed you for the entire game. The length of kicks you were trying are made by pro kicker 55% of the time.

You're wrong. They were exactly the same game except for Bama executed and didn't make any mistakes on 1/9 and LSU played the same game as 11/5. Nothing changed on 1/9 except for Bama's defensive game plan.

This is ignorant bullshite. Yeah on Nov.5th , LSU was inside your 10 a few timea

I wish Bama fans would give up the 11/5 thing. Who cares? I might, if things had turned out differently.

It was a heavyweight classic match up that went down to the wire, and then some. We fortunately had an opportunity at redemption, and seized it.

History will remember 1/9 the most--11/5 is just an interesting footnote.

I can't exactly remember the two teams lost to in 2007 . . but I do remember they were BCS champs.

...and LSU's 4th conference championship (for all practical intents and purposes) in 11 years. Hopefully both clubs repeat for LSU's 5th in 12.

I concur. I'd be happy with 3 out of 4 NC's.

It seems LSU fans living in Alabama have had a more difficult time getting over a certain January game.

That must be the translator he uses. No wonder we get Les speak, it's got a malfunction issue. Totally a technical issue.
