The NCAA does not award the championship for Division 1 football, but it is absolutely acknowledged and recognized.
None of that has anything to do with any topic we’ve discussed, and it doesn’t change the fact that USC’s 2004 National Championship team was undefeated.

Our conversation was steered by you trying to acknowledge USC championship in 2004. You tried to claim the NCAA ruling on the cheating validates an organizations laziness in taking their trophy back. When I pointed out that the NCAA stripped them of wins , you attempted to claim it didn't matter. Then you claimed they were undefeated in 2005 for the same reasons. Tried to connect the dots from thd NCAA to a NC regardless of the rest of organized sports laughing their arse off because of your train of thought. I really feel if AU wasn't part of the conversation you wouldn't fight so hard to show your dumb arse.
I do want you to answer the question of if there was any sanctioning sports organization in the country that doesn't crown a champion?

No, T/town's conversation was never about AU recruiting. Hell. How many other Bama posters have taken on that roll. Just look at todays page. This conversation was about the history of CF and the myths of who and why teams are NCs. If the conversation didn't include Auburn, members of the Cult would have been in agreement with what I posted. But wow, you all come out of the woodwork like roaches when Auburn is mentioned. That is how it started, but then the Cult started attacking AU because of who started the post. The Bama recruiting was barely discussed. When those attacks on AU started, I just pointed out that Gus with his three-star recruits have beaten Saban's five star recruits. That is when the Cult started doing their thing. Your Board Cult Members (ie T-town) came up with shite I don't even think he believes, but he was on duty for the day.
I even gave credit to some of your past postings, but I also pointed out that the Cult fever is taking you over.

He is eaten up with Alabama envy and it’s fun to watch. Anyone from the fambeluh calling any other fanbase outside of Texas A&M a cult is hilariously rich.
Posters like him helped me get through the rough years of 97-06. As bad as we were, seeing their continued obsession with Alabama was enjoyable. A friend of mine from Michigan once listened to an auburn focused call in show while driving through the state. He said they spent half the show talking about Alabama.
Ps. My favorite auburn event ever was operation red dog for those who are familiar with it and/or remember. They had fans following Alabama players around and I think even hired a private investigator. They even produced a package of innuendo and nothing burgers they forward to the NCAA and media that they thought was some smoking gun. Good times.
