On average, Bama scores 26 points and Clemson scores 8.8.
TL;DR
Clemson can't beat Alabama so it's impossible for them to win it all this year.

Yea games that happened in 2008, 1975, '66-'69, '31-'36, 1913, and 1909 are going to have a major impact on the Clemson player's psyche.

Because games that happened decades ago have a huge affect on future games! Clemson is a much more balanced team and should be favored over every other team in the playoff.
