Much better. Now we can have a discussion. Or we could just make sweet love. Up to you.

Nah, we already went in dry on Bama once this year. I don't do used up arse.
So, how many of those does Bama have? I count zero in the last...forever.

But you'll try it once.
Also zero I suppose. Don't want to mix up my trophies here, but that appears to be the CFP trophy.

I didn't read the entire thread, but I agree. It's ridiculous. Our o-line got their asses kicked.
Fournette is still the best player in America, and could start for most NFL teams right now. He is still leading the SEC in rushing with a whopping 7.1 ypc, even after the Bama loss.
We are not UGA. We are not A&M. LSU is still a great team, and will win out.
Congratulations, Bama. You have a great defense.

Bama didn't bring an extra guy in the box but a handful of times, which is frightening.

It happens when most of your attempts are on obvious passing downs, Thanks Les.
LSU will always be talented while Miles is here, but we will never out coach anyone ever. No creativity play calling, and it's not Cams fault. Harbaugh fired Cam in Baltimore because he passed too much for him, no way that same guy wants to run this offense seeing how's it's currently being ran.

LSU's offensive line was man handled the whole game by Bama's dline. It is that simple. Nobody is going to run efficiently with that type of performance from an offensive lines.

I love all the qualifiers you bama fans use.
Say what you want but Henry has 2 games better than LF'S worst game.
LF has rushed for less than 150 yards, once.
Henry has rushed for under 100 yards 3 times and under 150 yards 5 times.
Henry has 3 games of over 5.5 ypc.
LF has 7 games of over 5.5 ypc.
Bama does not rely as heavily on the run as LSU does. Hard to compare the two. How many carries per game does each player get compared to total plays?

Chubb got over 100 yards with am even worse o-line

How did Les try to stop Henry? Load the box. If LF does not rush for 175+ against Arkansas you should take your OLineman down to the swamp and throw their azz in the water. It's NOT LF7! He has to have something to run through. Henry could not run through that DL either.

It's all good. After a couple more good games, LF will be back at the top of the Heisman list.

This totally contradicts what was posted in here for two weeks leading up to the game.

Bamas D line is the best I've seen in 10 yrs. Bama was totally selling out to stop him.
Best Dline I've seen since 'll 'Bama or LSU, take your pick. They didn't sell out to stop Fournette. There's a big difference between selling out and playing smart in your base which is mostly what the Tide did. Although they had 8 or more in the box(within 8 yards of the line) on 8 of 19 plays, two of those were goal-line and don't figure into "selling out". On 11 of the 19 runs, they were in base defense. However, given LSU's mysterious lack of called play-action passes, the Tide players were fearlessly crashing in Fournette's direction on any rushing play, which is what well-coached teams do. Why Les and CAM didn't try using more PA is beyond me. They're way smarter about offensive football than I'll ever be but it just appeared to be a lesson in futility. I must agree with the guys on First Team radio, however, who stated that if Fournette and Henry were on opposite sides in that game the figures would likely have matched up. We've all seen what kind of back #7 is with even the smallest crease. On the flip side, even a bull like Henry can't do much when he's met at or behind the line on 13 of 19 plays.

Henry has more carries than Fournette (and both average 24 carries per game). The issue is in the # of plays ran per game. Alabama averages 5.63 yards per play, LSU averages 6.90 yards per play.
Bama rushes the ball 57% of the time
LSU rushes the ball 70% of the time

Since when does Alabama run a 5-2 as their base defense? More often than not they run with 4 hands in the dirt, correct? It's a 3-4 with a LB lined up outside typically.

That has nothing to do with how many yard they get per carry.

if anything.. LSU leaning run 70% of the time makes it harder on LF7
