Most of the UCLA pitchers to this point have had good numbers but LSU has hit all of them decently

The number of folks associated with this tournament that can’t seem to understand the difference between Arizona and Arkansas is astounding.

Commentators in the booth, official Twitter account, umpiring crew, etc.

Honestly I PRAY that performance by Wood lit a fire into the team. And to be fair, the bats weren’t cold cold yesterday, they had plenty of base runners. Just couldn’t capitalize

This play is the same as the Murray State play that was called a strike

That's terrible. No way a call should be made like that at the collegiate level much less at the CWS.

That wasn’t even a good frame job. Catcher moved his glove like 3 feet. I can’t believe this umpire is getting fooled by this.

He’s not getting fooled, he’s just terrible. Frey, Dickinson and Braswell were all rung up on pitches well out of the zone. As well as a few UCLA hitters. He’s simply terrible. As big a strike zone as the guy yesterday.

Feels like LSU will just ride Evans the rest of the way out from here. Great outing from him.
