Kentucky was actively recruiting Smart. You’re b.s.ing with semantics. If Smart had agreed to go to Kentucky he would have been there.

There is no exchange of money or proof. They have no evidence. All speculation or interpretation of what Wade said which has no merit or value.

There was no offer because Cal was waiting on two other guys including Immanuel Quickley. At no point was he ready to sign Smart.

Basketball players start getting paid when they like 12, there are street agents everywhere. It’s no secret. Maybe a Congressional investigation into that and the NCAA will bring all this into the light. They have certainly pissed off enough people
