There needs to be a salary baseline for coaches depending on amount of years coached (HC or Assistant) with a maximum of 5M. The second layer would be a breakout payment based on amount of (wins, conference championships, bowl games and national championships). Last, they should have a deduction in their salary if they don't meet the goals set at the beginning of each season.
