But this is Bijan Robinson, is he the best at being average against really bad teams in a conference that doesn’t play defense?

You “think” he might do that, but he hasn’t done anything but look pedestrian against very bad defenses in a very weak conference

Now let’s look at Isiah vs the best defensive conference and overall hardest football conference ever

And if you truly think that, then you are either blind and/or don’t know how to identify talent. Bijan is a dude and will prove that at Texas and on Sunday’s if he can stay healthy.
It’s not really worth even talking about it if you think that he is pedestrian. It’s a waste of time from both sides. Lets circle back after the season.

again, you are the one making bold statements on what you think he might do next season, predicated only on a feeling and not based on anything he has done to this point

Not even best in the SEC.

Canes is absolutely the best chicken place in the SEC

Canes is ok, better than zaxbys but let’s not get crazy.

vs Colorado
10 carries, 183 yards 1 TD
2 catches, 37 yards, 2 TD
vs KSU
9 carries, 172 yards, 3 TD
3 catches, 51 yards
His Last 2 games combined..
19 carries, 355 yards, 4 TD
5 catches, 88 yards, 2 TD
That doesn’t seem pedestrian to me.. again, let’s circle back after the season when he is getting 20 carries a game and making you look like an idiot.

Really one game plus a bowl game during Covid? You guys literally predicted Sam to be a Heisman winner three years in a row LOL
I’m not saying the kid isn’t good and might not turn out great or really good, but you need to take a deep breath and realize there’s a reason everyone makes fun of you guys each year

You’re cherry picking a 2 game sample vs two very poor rush defenses. I think Robinson is going to be good, but y’all are overrated him like usual.

But he was selected all sec over Harris.

With less yards rushing yards. Let them switch O-lines and see how they do...

Harris led Alabama’s Najee Harris by 54 yards (1,084), Texas A&M’s Isaiah Spiller by 241 yards (897) and Missouri’s Larry Rountree by 287 yards (851). Both Spiller and Rountree were in action and neither were able to catch up to Harris' mark.
See, that's the difference between OBJECTIVE stats like rushing yards, and SUBJECTIVE accolades like "All SEC"...

I didn’t vote. The expects did. I guess there is more to it than just stats. How many of Harris’s stats were empty down multiples scores with no shot at winning? How many critical 1st downs did Harris get with the game on the line? As for the OLs we had 1 of 4 drafted and it was a 4th rounder. It was just a bunch of less talented kids trying hard.

I don’t think any of the stats that I used in my projection are unreasonable. He does have to stay healthy, but he will be the guy that Sark builds the offense around this year.
I would be shocked if he doesn’t average 20 carries a game. Even at 5.0 ypc, that is 1200 yards. The TD’s could be more or less than the 18 I listed depending on the situation and play calling, but 1.5 per game isn’t absurd considering the amount of carries that he will get.
Where exactly am I overrating him?
