I don't think anyone outside of LSU and USC really cares about baseball

LSU had a real shitty 90's and Bama had a pretty shitty 2000s...just to keep in mind.

I'd still probably put them at 2 and 3 though

UF, UT, and UGA have the most wins during that time frame. Ppl forget how dominate the East was for such a long time. UGA only has two more wins than AU in that time frame. UF has 2 NT, UT 1, AU 1, and LSU 2. UF has the most SECCG appearances and wins...Bamas been 7x and won 3. LSU has been 5x as has UT. LSU has 4 titles.

I'd put UF #1, LSU #2, and UT #3.(AU #4, Bama #5, UGA #6)

Basketball:
-UF

-Arky (this one is shaky maybe someone else)

No way Kentucky isn't #1 in basketball since expansion.

SEC Tournament Champions:

1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2010, 2011

SEC East Champions:

1992, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2010

SEC Champions:

1995, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2010

Elite Eight:

1992, 1993, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2010, 2011

Final Four:

1993, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2011

NCAA Champions:

1996, 1998

No way in hell Florida's resume is better than that.

Yea, you're right. With the recent success of the West, a lot of us have forgotten how dominant the East was there for a while. Goes to show how even the best conference in the nation goes through cycles. Good info

We're going to start hanging banners just for looking good in practice if things don't start shaping up. This is across the board.

I'd take our current team over all of those except 1996.

Thats right...my bad.

UF was the clear #1 before the Weurrfel sized snub.

Someone should compile the total number of national championships, college WS appearances, Final Four appearances, and BCS bowl bids since expansion for the entire conference. I'm guessing it would be an absolute embarrassment of riches. Hell, basketball is the weakest major sport for this conference and the SEC has won five national titles and sent five different teams to the Final Four since expansion.

It's all good.

I can't wait till our program gets back on track. Hopefully it won't take us long to get over being Urbanized.

It could happen. We will definitely be pre-season top 5 and have a nice run going right now.
