Nah, he could play. He was the legit best college QB in his era even though everyone just points to size and walk on. Fast, strong arm, but could process the game between the ears.

Two elite players on a starting 5 in basketball may be enough to get you somewhere. Didnt really see Rutgers do anything in the tournament

Two elite players on a whole football roster is a whole other story. 2 elite players on one team is a snack.

Posted in the other thread also but Tebow should be higher for having a longer career of playing at a high level than most of the guys in front of him.

Alabama won six national championships in this timeframe yet only had one of the top players?

Seems legit.

Cam

66.1% comp
30 tds
7 picks
2854 yards
182 rating
10.2 ypa
11.21 air yards/pa

1473 yds rushing
20tds
5.6 ypc

4327 total yards
50 total tds

Joe:
76.3% comp
5671 yds
60 tds
6 ints
10.8 ypa
12.53 air yards/attempt
202 rating

368 yards rushing
5 tds

6039 total yards
65 total tds

It wasn't as flashy as cam at times, but Joe is far and away the best college player of all time.

Not sure Jayden Daniels should have made this list. He had a great Heisman season and has great numbers, but only had one great season out of five as a college QB, and didn't win conference or national championships. Just feel like there are much better players out there over the past 25 years

Stetson Bennett. Hate frickers but he has to be on a list of the top 5 or so in the last 25 years. Its a "college player" criteria...very few have had as much to do with their team being successful at a high level as Stetson Bennett. Many have done it for one season. Few have done it for 2....

He wasn't even one of the best players on his own team

A lot of these guys only had one good season.

Not going to argue about Cam. Dude was other-worldly.

HOWEVER, and as much as I sincerely wish ATM cease to exist, they got snubbed because Johnny Football deserves to be on this list.

No Jayden Daniels? No bueno. Everybody is entitled to his opinion though. Even if their opinion is entirely misinformed and ignorant.

Derrick Henry not being on that list discredits it.

Now compare the teams they were on. I hate AU but Cam did what he did with way less talent than Joe
