Alabama has the highest average per player at 94.25. Only Georgia is even close at 93.61. The next closest is Texas at 91.84. And that's without Sopsher or To'oto'o.

That's why some of the experts are calling it possibly the best recruiting class ever signed.

Not a recruiting expert but:
1. I don't think that is true and
2. I think Alabama's average ranking per recruit is highest in the country, so the class size argument fails on its face. It may be the best quantity but it's also the best quality.
