The article saying the NCAA had informed LSU that they were alleging improprieties against LSU and it was being turned over to the new enforcement entity is what said LSU had been informed of wrongdoing by the NCAA.......and you are still arguing about it.
ETA you can spend all day finding where you said I posted it all over some thread (when in actuality it was 1 post in a 3 page thread posting the article and link) and see what the article said.

That was the 3 page thread where I posted a link to an article saying the NCAA had informed LSU they are making allegations of wrongdoing against LSU and turning it over to the new entity.
Find the thread where you said I went on and on about it......when it was actually one post in a 3 page thread. That's the thread where the NCAA had informed LSU of wrongdoing. It was in black and white but you wanted to argue about it.
ETA Hell, you can just read through that thread alone and see where you died on that hill.

I argued about it being an NOA because it wasn't and the pic I've already posted shows that you think it was. That was the second time that you said that it was.
BTW, the other thread is linked in that thread. But, if you insist on going down this path I guess I have no problem posting it again.

At that point LSU had not been issued an NOA but you clearly thought they had.
