These buyouts are insane, I don't understand why schools agree to that crap.
There are only a handful of Saban's & Meyers that have earned that kind of buyout.

What was Rutgers thinking? Nobody at the P4 level is going to touch that guy with a ten foot pole. His buyout should be zero.
