No Alabama Tennesse, which is the rivalry that literally built the SEC. List is crap.

Well, it’s 1 person’s opinion…like those on uniforms, stadiums/sports arenas, makeup of fans, cheerleaders, etc..

Agree that SC v Notre Dame has lost its luster, but the game is still a TV ratings bonanza.

Are you saying the Egg Bowl shouldn't be included?

The problem the Egg Bowl has is that it doesn't register outside of the SEC.

The Iron Bowl sucks up all the oxygen in the room as far as SEC "in state" rivalries go.

For most fans across the country...it was just what was on while you slept off your turkey.

But to be honest... it seems like the Iron Bowl has pretty much done that to all the in state rivalries across the country.

I can’t speak for anybody but myself, but it seems rivalry games lost appeal when game coverage increased and they weren’t the only game on one of the 3 networks.

Now there’s so many games with more interest to folks on why watch something we don’t give a crap about.

What’s great about the way it is today is I can watch nothing but SEC games all day long and don’t have to settle for some crappy game from one of the other conferences.
