You don’t want to be the oldest guy in the club. That became apparent to me when I was in my early 40s, even though I could have passed as someone in their early 30s due to good genes.

The Seattle suburb of Bellevue, which used to be 97% white, is heavily Asian and Indian. Tech had been a game-changer in Seattle/Eastside demographics.
