It was the right call. I suspect the officials over corrected. They have getting blistered in the recent years over letting players get away with anything and everything. So basically, the players in the playoffs know they can do whatever they want and no flag will be thrown.
Last night torpedoed that line of thinking.
In recent playoff history (10-15 years back) that would have been a no call.

Ok, so for those that don't want that call made the Chiefs kick a short FG and take the lead. Then on the Eagles next possession the Chiefs DB's hold and hook their receivers and Chiefs still win.

Possibly.
However if the Chiefs WR had not been held, then he is wide open in the end zone. Mahomes most likely completes the pass for a TD.
Then the Eagles have 1:45 plus a Time Out to have a shot at tying the game up or possibly winning it with a two point conversion.
Would have been interesting to say the least.

Yeah, this isn't going to help the perception that the league is scripted.
Not disagreeing regarding this call but the whole game felt like it was scripted. Hurts was throwing prayers up that we’re getting caught to keep Philly in the game that Razorback dbs would have intercepted. KC got their share of calls at the right time too. Magically tied the game up with a running two pt conversion?(again, against an nfl defense in the Super Bowl?) I freaking knew exactly what they were going to do on that play.

It was the right call. NFL fans are the the dumbest.

jersey tug
a jersey tug is not holding
I don't even care if the new pussy rules say it is, it's still not
football has been taken over by pussies - if I grab your jersey and cause you to slow your movement downfield, that's a hold
that didn't happen here
judgement calls the last 6-7 minutes of the game should be reviewable

That "tug" wouldn't impede a 5 year old running across the living room
I was rooting for the Chiefs and still know it was a shitty pussy call

fans like you are proof the powers that be have destroyed the NFL in favor of just allowing the offense to get away with anything they want
impeding downfield progress would really need to be a shite ton more than a finger grab that might or might not pop a bra strap

Anyone bitching about that penalty is a pussy. It didn't change the game. Had Philly gotten the ball back down 3 with 1:54 left and one timeout, it's still a very slim chance they win that game.
IOW, the call didn't matter to the outcome of the game.

Proof you have no idea what you're talking about
You can't argue the call, so you assume it would "have no effect on the outcome" of the game
pathetic post

No one can, idiot, the game is over, Kansas City won.
Perhaps if Philly could've stopped a gimpy QB from running for 25 yards on that last drive, they may have had a better chance to win the game.
But no, let's blame the refs for making the right call, and not the Philly defense.

Not as pathetic as your posts blaming the refs.

Tell that to every team when the call goes their way. However, the jersey tug wasn't the issue... the issue as i see it was him holding the receiver around the waist when breaks to the outside. On the replay they just keep going to the tug.

I was rooting for the Chiefs you idiot!
I'm arguing the call. It was awful.
You're arguing emotional strawmen - anything other than the call
"perhaps blah blah blah" doesn't mean his forward motion was impeded. If you argue his forward motion was impeded, you're just arguing literal crap
that's why you keep changing the subject (which in your next post, you'll deny that you've done )

"it", whatever you think "it" was, impeded nothing
Fantasy Football sheep will never be convinced, which is why the NFL is wholly destroyed in the first place
this whole argument by you all just reaffirms to me why I made a good decision to stop watching the NFL four years ago
