A family friend has someone who works in the athletic dept at Arkansas and apparently among lower level employees they are very nervous what this hire will do to football and other sports.

Other than takeaway resources Arky doesn’t have, what’s the concern? It’s not like Cal is a long term solution or deserves long term money for facilities/ players. Cal is a 1 and done recruiter that can’t coach. Kentucky was grateful they could part ways without the monetary hit. Yes they took a PR hit but schools can recover almost immediately from those.

While we sucked last season, we were in most games until late in the season when they just quit.
As bad as it was, it was nothing compared to how bad we were under Chad Morris.
In other words, we still haven't hit rock bottom with Pittman...yet.
