The past few years have been a big improvement over what we were before. I wish he was an elite coach. With all the coach firings, it's obvious that elite coaches are rare. So, I'm content with what we have. I'd just like for him to let someone else manage the offense.

No he isn’t. He has failed every place he has been hc and he will fail here. He wanted arch. He is just incapable of developing him. Something I warned our fans last year, by the way.
Cdc gave him full control and you see the results. His offense has been, is, and will always be a laughing stock.
If I had my way I would fire him, promote pete k. to hc, and give him the money to grab the best oc available. It couldn’t be any worse. If he fails then go find another guy. Why keep treading water with 7 win sark?

Been like this for at least the last 50 years. Probably clear back to WW2. Oil money culture overriding football culture.
