Congrats on the big win. I have to ask though: Does your school have any American students?

I mean, I felt I almost knew they would lose when the 3rd down play call with 5:44 left was “get a couple yards make the field goal” like this was an NFL game. I even thought it was odd that Fowler and Herbstreit acted like with a field goal the game was over.
Texas probably would have eventually got the ball with a chance to take the lead even if Ohio State makes that. 9 point lead with 5:45 left is not close to insurmountable

International students do exist here at UT. TBH it’s a big problem for fratty average intellect guys like me and that’s why all our kids go to Arkansas or SMU now. UT is too competitive, but hey- I live in Frisco so I’m down with the BGP!

Ohio State a good team. Talented and a top 5 squad. Indiana competitive, but likely not quite where there were last year. The rest of the Big 10 not up to par with the SEC. This seems to be the case even with only two games worth of data. Anecdotal, but a top third Big 10 team Illinois at home to an average Duke team speaks volumes. And the SEC has no counterpart to a team like Rutgers, a team which would struggle in the FCS ranks.

Also, the last 3 consecutive possessions for Texas in the 3rd & 4th quarter went like this:
15 plays, 91 yards, touchdown
13 plays, 72 yards, touchdown
12 plays, 73 yards, touchdown
Jeremiah Smith did not have a catch in the last 24 minutes of the game.
