So, in light of Texas showing the world just how trashy it is by delaying the game in this manner, is Lane Kiffen off the hook for the fake injuries?

Unlike Ole Miss, the Texas team hasn't been coached up on when to fake an injury so their fans had to slow down the tempo for them. So no, you get no apology.
