Getting just one softball player netted a run to the championship game. I won’t be surprised if this elevates them to the upper echelon for football. It certainly won’t hurt their chances. I hate it because I see them as a competitor for talent in the state of TX, but props to them for trying to figure it out

No, Jimbo played 21 freshmen, that was 19 18 year olds, and 2 17 years olds. Guess what, they lost games to older teams full of older players. Your QB was over 23. Btw Tech took in transfers, a lot of guys over 21. Starting to get HS talent. I don’t understand why you think HS classes and transfer classes are the same thing.

Given that Texas Tech has never achieved anything of value on the national scene, one might think they would at least wait until the first time.
