Texas, Sark, and the all-out push to get the Horns in the College Football Playoffs

To the point where there are serious talks of canceling the Ohio State return trip to Austin to avoid the chance of a non-conference loss
On one hand, I get it. We want to reward not punish hard schedules, especially out of conference…
But on the other hand, do we really need a 3 loss team, including to an otherwise 3 win Florida and very recent belt to arse in Athens, in the playoffs?
Texas and Sark are just playing the cards they currently have, I get it. But it’s still a very tough look, if you ask me.

And OT wins over powerhouses Kentucky and Mississippi State... don't forget those!

They look really bad doing so much lobbying for this when everyone from the outside can see that there is just no way they are getting in over other 2 loss teams.

These are people who throw trash on the field when they don't get their way.

Ohio State, Georgia, Oklahoma, A&M. Who is the 5th top ten team they played?

So Texas played 5. So what? Sark should stay away from making that argument.
Vandy played 6.
No way in hell Texas goes before Vandy.

ok first, and I'll say it yet again, I don't think we belong. So you know where I'm coming from with this.
but don't pretend that every other fan base in the SEC wouldn't be saying the same if they had this resume and were being punished for not scheduling Samford instead of OSU.
Not to mention it was the first game of the season with an inexperienced Arch. He is much better now. In every other sport it's more about where you are at the end of the season vs the beginning. Only CFB does it like this.
but again. We knew the rules of the game. We chose to play that game. No point in crying over spilled milk. We just need to adjust our future schedule and play nothing but cupcakes. The committee is telling everyone what they need to do going forward. we just have to listen.

It’s amazing how much of remaining playoff ambiguity is due to the inability of two SEC powers (Bama and Texas) to beat two shitty teams in Florida (FSU and UF).

The cuck is counting Vanderbilt because he said top 10 not top 5 and Vandy was ranked #9 when they came to Austin.

Vandy was #9 when we played them and beating them knocked them out of the top 10.

So you've played 4 top 10 teams

They have been the biggest crybabies in college athletics their entire existence
They are soft, weak and morally bankrupt
They will never change, if you told them they could further themselves by burning the entire SEC down, they wouldn’t blink an eye before doing it

Vandy was top 10 when we played them. This isn't rocket science.

Your inferiority complex is staggering. You need help.

Getting bullied two years in a row by such a soft program is a bad look for your obese coach.
