I’m not necessarily a defender of Sark, I think it’s just a bit irrational to be all that critical of him at this point. He was producing NFL products at an unprecedented rate. He’s taken Texas to four playoff games, won half. He’s played in two different conference championship games in two different conferences in consecutive years. He’s managed the NIL/Roster Management stuff as well as anybody in the country. He is OU’s Daddy. Hell, if his luck with RB injuries wasn’t so bad, he likely makes at least one national title appearance. He absolutely fumbled the off-season for whatever reason, maybe some personal stuff has been boiling over. That’s inexcusable. If he’s actually bought in, I’d like to see him redeem himself. If his head isn’t here, let him walk.

They were pussies afraid of contact plain and simple. Even if they were surprised and out of position they had the chance to recover the ball and/or get physical to attempt to get the ball.
They did neither. One flew right by and one stood and waited.

One of you talented meme guys needs to put Kiffin's face on Cooper from the movie scene in Red when he say's turn the plane around, different plan, lol.

True to both, although Sark haters dont want to admit either of that.
we are not better than OSU and UGA. Guess what 95% of programs are not also. Are we ok with that, hell no but tearing the entire thing down to rebuild is such a stupid and immature answer.
I hope he adapts in the offseason. If he is stubborn and makes no changes for the next few years his seat will get hot. Until then hes coming of back to back playoffs.

I have no more energy to debate whether or not I though sark could lead us to a title. Clearly I don't. You do. There's nothing wrong with that. We can agree to disagree.
Plus it all seems moot at this point anyway. I just hope cdc can find the right guy. We don't have a great track record at doing that.

What players? What are you even talking about?

Texas would be out their fricking mind to fire Sark this season. There are about 10 name brands looking for coaches now. 9 of them are going to wind up with a downgrade or a lateral move...maybe 10. Texas was a couple of plays away from winning the SEC a year ago LOL. I know money is long and brains are short in Texas but who in the hell do they think is walking in the door???? Ryan Day and Kirby Smart ain't going anywhere and Lane Kiffin will be looking for the next big contract before the wheels touch down in Austin. CFB has lost its collective mind.

What a rational, reasonable post.
But this ain't the time or place for that. It's kneejerk reaction season.

Our T shirt fans might be the absolute worst in all of college football.
I blame video game culture, 24/7 news cycle pimping Texas, and Saban dynasty making them think we deserve a natty like its out god given right.

Agree. It’s such a gamble starting over with a new coach.

The rumors of infidelity come from Texas fans, and Texas sports message boards

A georgia fan wanting us to keep sark. I wonder why?
I wish oklahoma would have never fired john blake. The ags should have kept Jimbo.

Maybe, maybe not.
I dont think there is truth to this rumor but if there is I can see Sark not wanting to deal with the bs of what college football has become.
Make 1/2 the money but way less bs in the NFL.

handled the NIL/Roster management aspect of the job really well until this past offseason.
you're telling me "wait and see what kids Kirby has committed to UGA for a while then triple their offer at the last minute" isn't a great recruiting strategy?

Sark is 3-2 vs OU that's hardly daddy lol. Want to see Daddy look up Bob Stoops vs Mack Brown.

This is about entertainment, if Sark leaves it would make you get your pocorn ready for sure.

quote:I was told by a friend that donates a bunch of money to Texas athletics that Sark had to produce this year. This was the year. And if you think the timing of this is suspect, Texas just got royally whipped this weekend by UGA. They've apparently had the dirt on him for more than a year if the posters with longhorn tags are to be believed. Pretty sure their target is Kiffin. And Del Conte has zero say in the matter. This is the boosters running the show. Same problems that A&M has always had as well with booster interference.

I'm just glad that Elko would never want to coach that shite show.

Perhaps if UGA would have played the role and not want to go all hero ball and cornhole the schitt out of Tejas, this wouldn’t be happening. Thanks a lot, cocksmokers
