I tend to agree with the Texas poster here.
I'm sure Bevo farts almost non-stop in a day. While UGA has been on the cover of sports illustrated quite a bit, I will not under estimate the amount of farts from the Texas cow.

People don't know the history of the wild Longhorn. As you pointed out they lost domestication and became wild, lean, and developed a real nasty temperament. It wasn't uncommon in early Vaguero/Cowboy times that one of these wild beast would try to gore horses, or kill a man on foot. Set some loose in wild today and they'll lean and mean up.
