Texas on top- Notre Dame has two losses to Texas' 3 losses. Notre Dame has no losses to unranked teams to Texas losing to Florida an unranked team. Notre Dame lost to 2 playoff teams by a combined 4 points. Texas lost to Georgia lone by 25.....have a nice day watching the playoffs and not being in them.

I don’t think OU is a top 10 team either. Look at their schedule and record. Their “best” win is against Bama, which you saw last night. Vandy would roll them and is getting screwed. Texas did roll them on a neutral field (yeah Mateer was coming back from injury but how do you explain the LSU game?).
But back to topic, I see your point on Bama but just think it sets a bad precedent, especially when Bama already beat Georgia once.
I could argue it both ways though.

Notre Dame is a paper tiger but no way Texas will jump them. Nor should they IMO.
But Texas took care of A&M at home and ND didn’t. And if you guys bothered scheduling anyone in the top 10 you’d have 3+ losses as well.
Nobody fears ND this year. Enjoy your CFP run, I expect it will be short.

If Texass gets in there should be a boycott of the playoffs. Vandy deserves it more than Texass.
