When Texas can replicate what Bear Bryant and Nick Saban did, then they might… maybe…. Might become close to how Alabama is looked at in this conference.
And… I say this as someone who hates Alabama. Just have ultimate respect for their accomplishments.

This guy can't really believe that can he? UT (the real one) and Auburn will always be bigger games for Bama fans. Hell even UGA and LSU with recent history will be a bigger game for Bama fans. Chris county is smoking crack over there.

If you've ever interacted with a Texan then you know that they truly believe this shite. It's the Texan mindset. Everything is bigger and better in Texas, and despite the fact that they haven't won much to write home about in recent years, you're just supposed to envy them anyway. None of it makes sense, but you aren't going to change their minds about it. My best friend in college was from Houston. Love the guy, but he was an insufferable pain in the arse when it came to all things Texas. Aggies have the same mindset by the way, they just can't flaunt it as much because they really never win shite. That's why you've got a poster starting a thread about how much revenue their athletic department makes in the wake of getting absolutely cucked by Texas for their head baseball coach. Everything both of them do is a reaction to something the other one does, and it never gets them anywhere.
Meanwhile, Oklahoma just kept their heads down in the Big 12 and beat the shite out of both of them on the field. It will be the same in the SEC.

What’s funny is that since going to OkState in 2010 I think Texas has beat us like 4 times.
