It certainly is when you win 2 tournament games in your last 6 seasons (Barnes) and zero in 5 seasons (Shaka).

Rodney Terry equaled Tennessee's best tourney run in its history last year.

They have the money, facilities, and support. Just surrounded by much better coaches. Drew, and Sampson for starters.

Texas, even while being down, has a much better resume than Tenner

Maybe it’s you and not the coaches.

Should we have kept Barnes?

If the goal is to win a championship. I think you can make the argument that it was right to let him go. Great coach. Great guy.. but I don’t know that he can win it all.

And ultimately, that decision landed us Beard, who absolutely was the right guy for the job.. and then shite happens..

Either way, it’s no different than dating a girl who you know you won’t marry.. it’s fun while it lasts, but at the end of the day, she isn't the one for you.. the sooner you make the choice to move on, the closer you are to finding the right one.

Ultimately, I think Texas made the right call.

This is retarded, we made the right decision and ended up with Beard.

A Texas alum and one of the best coaches in the country, the trajectory of the program was vertical. It's a shame he beat the shite out of his girlfriend

It's a Texas issue not a coaching issue.

Don’t kid yourself dumbass. With their money, brand spanking new facilities, and SEC membership…they will be one of the premier collegiate basketball coaching jobs in the country. I don’t like ‘em…but they will be a force to be reckoned with.
