Exactly. This is a Jay Johnson type of hire for them - maybe better considering it is Kentucky we are talking about. At least Zona had a history of good baseball.
Of course, there are others that are as good.

Ags are planning on building a completely new stadium and baseball complex, 12-15K capacity and $80 million +. Schloss might wanna break that place in. IMO, Texas facilities are nothing to brag about.

Debatable how big of a chip this would be in the transfer portal era. Not getting a ton of guys to stay and develop at a big time CBB program these days
