Were you around the few days after Jimbo called Saban a liar, narcissist, etc.? Jimbo “owned” Saban, etc.
Turns out, Jimbo is just a bitch who knew he was in the wrong and needed to make a bunch of noise to show people how righteous he was.

It's funny that you still haven't figured out that the NCAA is not a government entity and there is no court system.
The NCAA is going to investigate, they are going to send you a NOA, give you time to respond and show why they are wrong, and then they are going to penalize you.

I think NIL is going to be the exception. There is clear cut evidence and not much need for the NCAA to sit around trying to get more information.
On top of this, the NCAA really needs to get ahead of all this to prevent it from spreading further. Kind of like crime and broken windows theory. If this continues to go on without being addressed harshly, it will signal to others to do the same things.

Those suites are where the money comes from, whether it's scholarship, facilities, or NIL. That's a fact. Still doesn't mean "A&M bought every player in their class and Bama bought none."
Saban is just grasping at straws on NIL. He has a fundamental problem with players getting different compensation based upon performance/value, as opposed to his uniform Dodge Charger compensation rule. He'll get over it (or retire), as he did with hurry up offenses. Right now, he's just an old man screaming at clouds.
