This is the main reason I don't like making preseason predictions. You never know when shite like this is going to happen. Tough break and there will be many more unfortunately.

Not good news, obviously.
Having that quality guy on Sunday makes all the difference in the world, especially if he can get through 4 or 5 innings. Really puts less stress on the bullpen.

Gavin Guidry started ramping up pitching and became a huge factor down stretch

Damn that legit sucks no trolling. Hate that for the kid. Always sucks in sports but especially baseball where they practice all year and the season finally approaches only to have something like this happen.

That team had Skenes and Floyd, but pitching was very up and down heading into postseason. Had some guys step up. The best was watching a mediocre Ackenhausen completely shutout and stuff the Vols in a locker in Omaha in the loser's bracket.
