I have been to and toured LSU, Florida, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State in the SEC. All are great CAMPUSES. The town the campus is in might be different.

Because I get paid "big time" to live here. Otherwise I would not step foot in this place. Dont plan to again once I leave my current job.
Too hot, too flat, no seasons, and a whole bunch of people that have never been anyplace nice thinking Texas is great.

Both considered a former Arkansas assistant their best coach ever and then he left both schools on probation.

I was more so talking about the actual finals when they played UCLA in 2013.
But yes, it's still very much a banner accomplishment just to make the final 8, and MSU has had a great run as of late.
Giving up 20 runs in Regional Game 1 in 2018 and then coming back they way they did to get to Omaha is still one of the craziest storylines I've ever seen in college baseball in the last 18 seasons I've followed.

That was one of the craziest seasons I can remember. If we don't sweep the SEC champs the last series of the season we don't make the tournament. We were one win away from taking on Arkansas in the CWS too. I went to Omaha for my first trip that year and had a blast
