I've probably been one of the most anti-chavis posters on here the last few years, so not really a melt.

Saying we would do worse last year with Chavis either means it is a melt, or you are a complete moron.

You can't be worse, this is true. But don't expect large improvements. The only game his scheme truly helped our defense was against A&M because y'alls style of offense plays right into what Chavis wants to do on defense. We don't need to get pressure cause the QB gets rid of the ball quickly anyway. No threat of a run play so we can rush 3 and drop everyone else into coverage. Unfortunately for you, you won't play anybody with that style.

The HUNH or modern spread?

Bama, Ole Miss, Auburn, and Arizona St. on the 2015 schedule.

Chavis lost his "motivation" due to LSU's lack of creativity and consistent production on offense. At least he knows Sumlin will "go for broke" on offense. I think he likes that style although it could/will keep his defense on the field longer. He better stock pile 2-3 deep on the depth chart soon...... At least all his players will stay 4 years...... LOL Geaux Tigers!.... I mean Aggies! Where's Saban?

We didn't play y'all in 2009 or 2011... so y'all's defensive rankings must have been pretty bad those years, right?

Mainly meant a team that throws the ball the vast majority of the time, and alot of those are just catch and throw so that the ball is gone quickly. I haven't watched them much, but I think ASU may be the closest thing.

No we were good, but we could have been better. Ridiculously talented teams that had a DC who knew how to not screw it up. Thats all he needed to do. Played extremely conservative, bend but don't break defense.

I didn't think it was possible to have such an enjoyable wine to go with a patty melt.
