Solid people. God fearing, conservative & loyal. The All American working middle/upper middle class.
Take the "Aggie" out of them (UT/TAMU rhetoric) & there is a better chance I would rather be neighbors with them than a UTex. A portion of the UT base is my sweet spot, but I'd rather take the safe route with an Aggie personality/core values than risk getting one of the NeoLiberalLonghorn freaks.
Aggies beg & earn their goofy fan rep, but no doubt they are usually salt of the earth people.

Aggy is ok until you find out they're Aggy. Then they try to recruit you to their weird ritualistic cult, tell you how great Aggy is, sing silly Aggy songs, draw silly Aggy pictures. In the end they give up, which is what Aggys do best.

Even the ones on this board aren't that bad. I mean Old Sarge is a great guy. Once the series goes to home and away again with A&M and Arkansas I'll cheerfully treat him to a steak dinner when he comes up to Fayetteville.
