That was what I was thinking...I guess it is not unusual to not mention a "GF" to media. But I wonder if his teammates or his room mate had ever heard of her...if he talked to them about her 2-3 years ago...guess that will be a little more difficult to determine.

I already asked BrerTiger to be mine so that when I was famous I could kill him off and talk about him as my boyfriend BrerTiger, But maybe it would be more believable if I said, "my boyfriend Duke".

It's weird to me that he got the game ball to that game. I can't imagine that if people thought he was an internet girlfriend that he'd never met, they'd give him the game ball and dedicate it to her. The timelines are weird too. If they hadn't met, but had a connection, there is a way to talk about it without it sounding weird.
It's just weird that he referred to her as a girlfriend and never corrected people when they clearly thought they had met in real life and made it sound like he had.
