If a coach doesn't win anything of significance in his first 3 years hes likely never going to win anything at that school. In the SEC Championship game era, out of SEC Championship coaches, there are only 2 who didn't win the SEC within their 3rd season (Tuberville and Fulmer).

Depends if he can get the players he can win 7-8 games fairly quick. And then build on that.

This class will tell us a lot about the players he will need to win with. That 18 class was bad.
