I mean technically yeah. Tennessee has a storied program. I remember when Bama sucked arse during the tenure of the Mike's and how all my Bama brethren sat around and talked about the good ole days and how we were the best overall program in the SEC. Then we hired Saban who said something like, a lot of people around here like to talk about winning but we've got to go out and do what it takes to win instead of just talking about it, or something like that.
Anyway, I've had a few drinks and I'm rambling, but the point is that UT may be a premiere program in the SEC but if you aren't doing shite to win now, it doesn't really mean anything. Oh, and Butch sucks and all that too.

The variable of time is not kind to Tennessee. The Vols have only 5 SEC titles since 1970.
