I honestly can’t get all that mad about a dude punching another dude, shite happens

You have to be a pretty shitty human being to feel that sucker punching someone down a flight of stairs and causing them to lose consciousness is just "shite happens". It's a pretty pathetic move.

Based on that drnks story alone there is no way an arrest should be made

The drunk dude got knocked unconscious down a flight of stairs. He was hit at the top of the stairs based on blood stains. Victim also got some teeth knocked out and broken

Police had to arrest him. The girlfriend helped the victim but also called him back to the scene after police were asking who did it.

Horrible situation. Absolutely no reason to follow a drunk kid down the hallway. If he hit him in the apartment, that’s one thing, but to knock out his teeth, down a flight of stairs…that deserves an arrest and let the legal system play out.

PS - there is a reason he fled the scene. He knew he fricked up

McCollough simply thought the guy was a Jehovah's Witness.

Perfectly understandable.

If a person enters your home he is fair game. If he has left and is retreating he is no longer fair game. If you shoot someone who has left your house it would be murder.

You are believing the guy that illegally entered someone else’s apartment because they were so drunk…..

Based on that drnks story alone there is no way an arrest should be made

I'm not believing anything. I'm just stating what can be done to a person when illegally inside your residence vs after they have left your residence.

I dont know how anyone can make a judgment without knowing all the facts and we don't know all the facts.
