My good friend that lives in Knoxville and is a big donor said there will be a chunk of seats taken out in north endzone for new party deck. This is projected to drop capacity to 99k.
That is to be followed by installation of chairbacks on the entire west sideline that will drop capacity to 97,700.
Shortly thereafter, all seats will be converted to chairbacks and capacity is projected to settle between 92k-95k.
I’ll let you know what your university tells their real fans from now on.

Sure. If by the end of the renovation I outlined for you, capacity hasn’t dropped to 92k-95k. I’ll delete myself. There.
