The funny thing about Vol fans, in all their rants I see on social media, is they can't understand why a 20 year old kid, who lived in California until two and a half years ago, didn't value dressing in Halloween orange and Running through the T as much as they, the life long fans, would. The fact that all that only meant shite to a kid because he was getting paid to play there is a concept they just can't get their heads around.

Our suit was about the NCAA attempting to enforce NEWLY created rules on PAST actions. When it comes to actual laws that practice is illegal (can’t punish jaywalking done before jaywalking was illegal).
That injunction we got saved all your asses because everyone was running wild when the NCAA threw up its hands and said “follow your state laws.” So everyone did just that. The NCAA wanted to come back years later and say “yeah we know we told you to just follow your state laws on NIL but you broke current rules so we are going to apply them selectively to schools that did what we said then instead of what we are saying now.”
