I'd hate to be a USC fan if they get popped under his tenure. He played a role with the Bush thing, now this at Tenn and back at the scene of the first crime with the same staff. I'm betting the NCAA is keeping a close eye and UCLA is keeping a closer one.

I swear I don't know what USC was thinking when they hired Kiffin. They had to know he was a lightning rod for attention from authority, which is not a good thing when you know that your school is under investigation by the NCAA.

Not according to their findings. I'm not sure how the NCAA will deal with the situation, but based on their past investigation with USC, Kiffin/Orgeron weren't mentioned at all.

You're right, they didn't charge it with anything, but it was also under investigation at the same time. I guess they decided to throw yall a bone.

You really are a crappy poster.

I hope Tenn doesnt get it as badly as it looks like they might, but if they do, I hope you cry.

No one cares about baseball, and Tennessee football isn't getting anything serious at all. It seems pretty clear now.

The three people who care about baseball are enormously relieved.

He'll, I'll give up the baseball program altogether if football and basketball are off the hook.

Time to just take the wait and see approach on this one. They're still investigating, so it's tough to speculate on.

A crappy poster who doesnt know anything looks at these charges and says "It looks badly for Tennessee" The only people who it looks badly for are Bruce and Hammy. Not the university or its athletic programs as far as any sanctions go. Things are looking better and better for Brucey all the time as well.

Good day overall. Nothing new pops up for basketball, football is not charged with failure to monitor (it was determined UT Conpliance office repeatedly told Kiffin and staff what they were doing was wrong) and likely won't be sanctioned at all, and baseball is totally cleared.

What do you speculate the sanctions will be then? Since you're all knowing and all, and have had your University go through all of this kind of thing recently and paid attention to how things work.

It does seem to be that way. If he isn't going to get hit hard, I'll admit I was wrong about what I've been saying.
