You warm up in 20 minutes or less going from inside to outside if you're just moderately moving your body.

If you're playing high level CFB, you should be warm in no time and stay warm for 3-4 hours easily.
This. It blows my mind when ESPN talking heads talk about how the cold can have such an impact on players. It’s like none of them ever actually played sports at any level

Eh... well, you DO think Pandy being a complete and total a-hole in these threads is perfectly okay, so I guess I can understand your attitude about Tennessee getting bailed out by the refs.

No return man on a 56 yd FG in 20 degree weather?!?!

Id have been shocked if we had had a guy back there with our staff

It's like they just can't keep up with the speed of the game

I mean... weren't they at a game a few weeks back.. maybe UT/Georgia? (Maybe not) telling us how they had to get the sideline heaters working and the bench warming seats working for them because it was... 55 degrees down there? 55!!!

OSU has made some really nice plays, but I think Tennessee has settled down and this thing will go down the the wire. Why does Sampson not have more carries, is he hurt?

rain affects a game like 100 times as much as temperature. snowbowls ending 10-7 is because of the snow not the temperature i hope that makes sense

Our beat guys said nobody cared about that shite

I think the main reason the tv guys suck so bad is they have way too many minutes of air time to kill so they eventually say some stupid shite or say something 35 times that should be said twice

Except for tonight's network official. That guy is a fricktard

I know but why waste it over a shitty playoff?

I think it's better to do it when you lose a game to someone you shouldn't have like ....

I think its amazing all the refs have to do is just tweak 2-3 calls and it can change a whole game. ...I saw a high school team lose a game on 1 call this year. Turned the whole game. And the ref called it waaay after it was time for a flag.

Horrible calls at critical moments.
Even the ABC Referee Commentor said it was PI on UT & that the guy didn't have control when toe was down.

And then that BS roughing call to overturn an OSU Interception.
It would have been 28-0 with OSU having the ball and driving to go up 35 to zero.
Can't remember the last time I saw refs literally take over a game like this.

Every FG over 50yds had a return man in 6A high school football in AL…20 years ago. I’ve made more than 1 TD saving tackles on a FG return, it’s literally one of the most dangerous plays of the game, which Nick Saban had to find out the hard way (I told my wife 30 seconds before the Kick Six that Saban was an idiot for kicking this with a new FG that had a shorter leg in 30 degree weather, AU could run it back…then they did).

Situational coaching really isn’t that hard. There are only about 50 things that you need to know and after 20 years of coaching, all those should be 2nd nature. It’s embarrassing for coaches making over 5 million to miss even 1 of those, let alone multiple ones. DeBoer missed about 7 this year, and it was ridiculous to watch.
