UF D will be key in this game

I think it will be the D on both sides, not just UF. It will win the game for UF and lose it for UT.

UT has allowed a total of 465 passing yards (235 to Montana and 230 to Cincy) and 277 rushing yards (111 to Montana and 166 to Cincy)

UF has allowed a total of 248 passing yards (107 to FAU and 141 to UAB) and 101 rushing yards (30 to FAU and 71 to UAB)

This will be the best Offense and Defence either team has faced so far. If the UF D can hold, it could be a run away.

To complete that many passes you have to throw a ton of short ones.

If we can get pressure on Bray I think he is too cocky to keep calm and he'll make some mistakes trying to get the big play with a lineman in his grill.

The thing is they haven't been a lot of short passes. A lot of down field throws.

He's NFL ready now if he's hitting 78% of his passes and a significant amount of them are down field.

ST advantage UF
Rush Def advantage UF
Rush Off advantage UF
Pass Def advantage UF
Pass Off advantage Vols
Coaching advantage even

Honestly, UF has no excuses. They have the better defense, the better ST, and the better rushing attack and they're at home.

You have to win this game.

I haven't watched UF this year, but do they really have a big ST advantage? UT is better then they have been. Not sure where Florida is.

Also, I'm not sure UF has better pass defense. Don't you have some questions there?

Our kicker/punter situation isn't that great right now. They will get better as the season goes along, imo. The only thing we have gotten better in is coverage and kickoff returns. I cringe when someone punts us the ball.

Bray isn't NFL ready now so much as he's throwing to two NFL ready now Wideouts. He should be one of, if not the top QBs in the draft in a couple years though.

Have to agree, UF will win b/c the Swamp isn't the place to make a first big road start.

Debose was arguably the best KR in the game last year, and he returned. Sturgis returns as our K. We do have a new punter though, who has punted one time, and we downed it at the 10. Not a lot to go by with the punter, unfortunately. I'm sure he's no Chas Henry though.

UT throws a lot of short passes, or at least they have against Cinci so far.

Cincy was dropping into Quarters all game. Their coach was adamant all week in saying that Hunter and Rogers wouldn't beat them deep. They went man-to-man on Hunter only once in the game (the 30 yd TD) and only a handful of times against Rogers.

Yeah, I picked that up while watching the game. Bray wore them out with the short to intermediate passing game. UF won't play Quarters because that's just a fricking stupid decision to make. UF will probably stay in Nickel the majority of the game, and play cover 2 man.

I like Tennessee's pass attack against a young UF secondary

easy win for the vols going into a bye week, then make it 4-0 and walk the dog on uga like last time they came to neyland to make the big matchup of 5-0 vols vs 5-1 lsu on oct 15, where we get revenge for last year! suck it
