I believe Arkansas did play UNC in a bowl. List is sheet. We definitely have played Rutgers too.

Off the top of my head, Auburn has never played Notre Dame UCLA, Arizona State, Washington, or Utah.
Thanks

For A&M I came up with: Pac 12 - Oregon, Oregon St. B1G - Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Rutgers ACC - Syracuse, Virginia, Wake Forest, North Carolina, NC St
Apologies Roscoe, I put your list with Arkansas rather than A&M.
Going to correct.

I think Arkansas played Minnesota in a bowl game a few years ago and got whooped. Bad day
Edit: 2002 under Nutt.

LSU was expected to p[lay Michigan in the Rose Bowl after the 2006 season, but I wanna say USC losing to UCLA screwed that up, and LSU ended up in the Sugar Bowl instead
Never seen confirmation on that, but the chain of events adds up right. If USC had beaten UCLA, the BCSCG would have either been OSU/USC or Michigan (Mich finished #3 at the end of the regular season). Florida would have gotten the Sugar against ND, Louisville/Wake in Orange, LSU/USC or Michigan in Rose.

Tennessee - Baylor, Kansas, Texas, TCU, WVU, Stanford, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Arizona St., Illinois, Michigan St.
I had to look these up individually by conference, but I think I have them all. Only 12 Power 5 teams UT hasn't played.

Tennessee - Baylor,
We've played Baylor. In 1957, we lost 13-7.
Interesting story from that game, Smokey II was also involved in an incident with the Baylor Bears' live bear mascot, Judge, at the 1957 Sugar Bowl, with the bear taking a few swats at the hound.
And a sad story, In 1963, Smokey II died in Lexington shortly after the Vols' game against Kentucky, reportedly because someone fed him a chocolate pie. frick Kentucky.

Thanks to everyone submitting their school's list.
Think I have the OP updated with:
1. Power 5 teams not played
and/or
2. Other teams of particular interest, i.e. LSU & Memphis
