Have these West teams at full strength with no injuries, portal transfers and zero NFL declarations and TCU would finish lower half of the West.

Arkansas was never a member of the Big 12 nor will they ever join. But the SEC is happy that TCU is a member of little 12 and wouldn't hack it in the big boy conference of the SEC.
